My reflections
This video tour likes a traveling that takes me to the old Egypt’s Kingdom. In the beginning, the speaker describes the material and time of the artwork briefly without any background music. Then, the traditional Egypt music is integrated in the tour guide, which makes the tour guide more vivid rather than focus on the main point.
In the view of the material, it is very rare to find in the tomb because of the wood of this artwork. Therefore, it is much meaningful to introduce it to the world. The story describes the birth of a calf. However, the tour guide not only states its outward shape but also puts an emphasis on the further meaning of the eternality of re-birth. I learn a good lesson from this tour guide and I should take advantage of the keen power of my observation to broaden my vision of the beauty of art.
To sum up, appreciating art is like a journey , where I can explore what I do not know. Regardless of its material, size, or color, I should seize every chance to take down touching things, while appreciating the art.
