The first time to visit a house, or a workroom, of an artist was impressed me a lot. I attribute this special feeling to being surrounded by so many artworks. But unlike in exhibitions, I was much closer to them and feel more interaction. It’s inevitable that you will have different perception between you see the photo of it and the authentic work. That’s why everything in the house impressed me for they were far different from the picture I had seen through the internet, not because the technique of taking picture but the reality in front your eyes.
Art can be amiable to everyone. Like Professor 蔡根 encouraged us at the end, it’s good to spend a little of your time on art, whatever your job is, you can receive many mind nutrition through the process.
P.S. It’s a blessing to have so many artworks as decoration in a house, especially they were composed by you.

I agree with what 舜愷 has written. Art appreciation is the source of the nutrition for our mind. I believe the nutribution will also empower us to do more challenging tasks in our daily life. Furthermore, we can also be an artist in our life. In our last meeting, I created a piece of artwork based on the tasks that Professor Lin wanted us to do. I am displaying it in my office, which may spice up my teaching routines, I think.
Everyone is an artist. In Professor Tsai-Gen's house, we can find that "art is life" because the house is filled with artworks. Furthermore, in the latest class, we learned a sentence "the goal of arts is to give some forms to lives", which accords with 舜愷's article and Proffesor Tsai-Gen's attitude toward life.
